CoCs
We have specialized
in issuing electrical Certificates of
Compliance (CoCs) for
property sales for
many years.

An electrical
compliance certificate is proof that your
electrical installation is
safe and
complies with the rules and regulations as
set out in the South African National
Standards 10142-1.

CoC to comply with all necessary

SP Industrial is fully authorised to install heating
systems for cooking oil (palm oil) tanks for the
food industry. As palm oil becomes solid at room
temperature, food production companies that use palm
oil for frying need the oil to remain liquid.
Our heating systems ensure that the palm oil
remains liquid and is ready to be used quickly and
easily.
With our range of maintenance services,
we are well able to repair and maintain your oil
heating systems.
